By using the ACFIX Delhi website (acfixdelhi.co.in) or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About ACFIX Delhi
ACFIX Delhi is an independent, MSME-registered appliance repair service (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-DL-08-0099205). We are a third-party service provider and are not affiliated with any AC manufacturer or their authorized service centres.
Using our services does not void your manufacturer's warranty, but we recommend checking your manufacturer's warranty terms before proceeding with any third-party repair.
3. Services Offered
ACFIX Delhi provides the following services as an independent third-party repair provider:
- Split AC and Window AC diagnosis and repair
- AC gas refill (R22 & R32 refrigerant)
- AC deep cleaning and servicing
- AC installation and uninstallation
- Water leakage repair
- Compressor and PCB repair (subject to inspection)
4. Visiting & Diagnosis Charges
A visiting and diagnosis charge of ₹299 applies to every technician visit. This fee is payable regardless of whether you proceed with the repair after diagnosis. It covers the technician's travel time and diagnostic assessment.

All prices listed are starting prices. Final charges may vary depending on the actual parts and labour required. A quote will be provided before any work begins. Payment is accepted in cash or UPI after completion of service.
6. Service Warranty
ACFIX Delhi provides a 30-day service warranty on all repair work carried out by our technicians. Under this warranty:
- If the same problem recurs within 30 days due to our workmanship, we will revisit and fix it at no additional service or labour charge.
- Warranty does not cover new or unrelated problems, physical damage, power surge damage, or issues arising from misuse.
- Parts warranty (if any) is subject to the parts manufacturer's terms.
- The visiting charge (₹299) is not covered under warranty revisits.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a booking at any time before the technician departs for your location — at no charge.
- If you cancel after the technician has already departed, the visiting charge (₹299) may apply.
- If our technician is unable to reach your location due to incorrect address or unavailability at your end, the visiting charge may still apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
ACFIX Delhi shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or faults not disclosed at the time of booking
- Damage caused by power surges, flooding, or other external factors
- Loss of data or indirect damages of any kind
- Delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
ACFIX Delhi makes no claim of ownership or association with any AC manufacturer or their trademarks. All manufacturer names and trademarks are the intellectual property of their respective owners. We reference the types of products we service only to describe the scope of our independent repair work.
10. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking (name, phone, address)
- Ensure safe access to the AC unit for our technician
- Not misrepresent the condition of the appliance
- Make payment upon completion of the agreed services
11. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
